Oh heck yeah! I told onyx that my doctor said when you put something down stop and take note of it or you’ll forget and “lose” it. The key is to do things deliberately. I told my doctor that I was getting forgetful and she said I was trying to behave like I was still 30. lol
AND, I’m carrying a little notebook in my handbag and I have one here on my credenza, too! However, I have noticed my trouble with certain words. I’m also certain, that being here and having to “think”, type, and also read, dramatically helps all of us keep our minds sharp.
