It is probably a lot like Troy.

Troy started in 1887 as Troy Normal School, then Troy State Normal School, then Troy State Teachers College, Then Troy State University, then just Troy University.

I understand the College of Education is the largest one at Troy. That partly explains why both schools have a high percentage of babes.-
