Yes, we should all be defending all the other goons who don’t know how to act in polite society and/or follow the rules of the establishment they are visiting. Wonderful logic.

Sorry I don't simply accept what I'm told by prosecutors before (and during) a trial. Their job is to get a conviction, not present the absolute truth to the public during a press conference.

Regardless I'm not actually defending this guy, he may very well be guilty. However I presented a theory for a very plausible case for self defense and unless facts can be brought to bear that contravene it still holds up, otherwise I have only said that people are innocent until proven guilty.
