My furthest bathroom faucet is dripping right now to prevent it from freezing. I have a well but the main line runs the length of the house along the outside wall and can freeze if it gets cold enough.

I’ll also throw a load of laundry in the washer right before I go to bed to run the water on and off for a little while just to be sure.

Sounds like the sleeves might help. If you intend to live there for a while, it's pretty easy to relocate water pipes away from the wall.

Make friends with a plumber (That's what I did).
