The defendent killed a cop in a closed (locked) vehicle. There is no way of claiming he wasn’t guilty (same with the shot on the scene Ft. Hood shooter).

The pro-murderer advocates are alledging that he didn’t get a fair trial and thus does not deserve the death penalty.

This one has been on TN death row nearly 20 years, saying he was abused as a child, which is why he comitted this heinous crime. Note the weapon. SHOE LACES.

19 years going on 20 on TN death row, DNA proof. He raped, strangled to death with her own shoe laces Nicki Read and then threw her body in the river. Even helped hunt for what was thought to be a missing child. The INJUSTICE system does not give a flip how much money or grief it causes the victim’s family to have this crap delayed and delayed, and then finally some anti-death penalty justice will void the sentence and give life with parole, which means more grief to fight the suckers. And criminals have MORE rights that the victim or victim’s family!

Next they will argue that he should not be held responsible because he was just acting in accordance with his culture. Interesting that zero is having kerry advocate for a murderer when they don't seem to care about innocent Americans held in foreign countries.
