Outside review finds deep flaws in MNsure website
Pioneer Press/AP ^ | 1-23-14 | PATRICK CONDON

The review identifies a number of fundamental problems with MNsure.org, including:

— Lack of capacity for tying together all data entered by consumers.

— The inability for users to make changes to information they entered during the open enrollment period.

— Lack of access for workers to assist consumers who are shopping for insurance plans.

— Multiple sets of rules governing the website operations that lead to the potential for errors as they overlap.

— Inadequate testing capabilities for website functions.

In addition to rampant problems with the website, the Optum review tackled the MNsure toll-free call center, which has been plagued for many weeks by long wait times that continue to reach up to 50 minutes, the review said. The call center is inefficiently designed and should add about 100 employees to its current staff of 65, the review said.

Just one more iceberg in the titanic Obamacare. Minnesotans can thank Gov. Dayton and Senators Franken and Klobuchar for this mess.

Lies on the front end supporting lies on the back end. Poorly conceived AND poorly executed — difficult for the average klutz but a breeze for liberals.

Nationwide just how much has been spent on “developing” these web sites for the obamanation known as nobamacare? None of them seem to work but it appears that 100’s of millions of dollars have “disappeared”.

That’s my question, also. What are the odds that ALL of the states AND the Feds fail miserably at site development, and ALL at the same time. There should be loud calls for investigations of how thie money was spent on these so-called projects.

MNGal, hal ogen,
I don’t believe anyone knows how much has been spent. I don’t think we are anywhere near finished with how much will continue to be spent for “the fix”. I do believe “the fix” is in and the taxpayers will never get an answer for where there money went But I could guess the Demon-c-Rats will have their election war chests filled to the brim by the time this is over.

Along with OBAMAFAIL, but I’m not so sure it wasn’t planned to do so all along. Isn’t the alternative socialist health care solution called Single Payer? Plus all the extra cash for their coffers are a side benefit.

Turbo,
I just saw and read a posting that says, “’Socialist’ Swedes take to Private Health Insurance.” I wonder if their isn’t some way to use this information to convert some of the Minnisocialist Swedes back to a free enterprise, capitalism.
