Yeah, I was think that too — a “gunfree zone” again.
If I am not mistaken, I believe this may be the same mall where another mass shooting occurred a few years ago. In that incident, I think an off-duty cop/FBI agent shot the crazy person.
I call it a victim zone. Drives the libs nuts.

IMHO, hardly anyone is catching that little detail...I suspected as much and confirmed it just prior to searching to see if anyone else pointed that out. Beat me to it.
