I know it won't happen because nobody in the GOP has the balls to actually say something and stand up to the commie B*stard, but that said I would love to hear the following in the Republican Response:
“In his speech Mr. President stated that if Congress would not act he would. We hereby state unequivocally that if he acts outside of the Congress and the Constitution of the United States we will act accordingly!”
