The deficit has been cut in half from $1.4 trillion to $700 billion. Still, Obama has incurred the five highest deficits in US history. Since when is $700 billion good? It is almost twice what the biggest deficit Bush 43 incurred.

And the sequester is what reduced the deficit. It will go back up with the Ryan-Murray budget buster that suspended the sequester for two years.
