I quite agree; the problem is that a lot of "conservatives" are conservative only in that they want to keep things the same… or outright hypocritical, approving of contra-constitutional actions when they align with their worldview (the War on Drugs is a good example).

Even little kids can manage their own affairs and create natural order where there seems to be chaos. Adults, via the government school program, seem to no longer believe they can manage their own affairs.
