House Republicans are hiding out while they plot to ratify the invasion of the border states. Don't let them get away with it. Fax the open letter below, edited if you wish, to your Representative's attention at

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay
Fax: +1 410 901 6302

An open letter to the GOP Members of the House

As a Representative in Congress, you took this Oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

"Support and defend the Constitution" it says. Did you see that? That document requires, per Art.4, S.4, that

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

An invasion is what we are suffering. That invasion has accelerated with each "comprehensive immigration reform" previously enacted. Instead of another disastrous reform that yet again increases the incentives for millions more to try their luck crossing the southern border, a Representative who took his Oath and the Constitution seriously would be pressing for what the American people have repeatedly said they want - not what Senator Schumer, Mexico, some border state farmers and homebuilders or the Chamber of Commerce rentseekers want. That is:
  1. secure the border in a transparently verifiable way;
  2. end the anchor-baby interpretation of the 14th Amendment;
  3. enforce eVerify without exception and with severe penalties;
  4. no government benefits beyond critical emergency care (and that ought to be billed back to the Mexican government); and
  5. NO "Path to Citizenship" - ever - for anyone who has entered the US illegally.
Any bill that does not accomplish these five things is unacceptable. It is de facto amnesty. And it will inevitably encouarge millions more illegal entries.

If the GOP is complicit in this amnesty fiasco, either by taking up the Senate bill or through some piecemeal slight of hand with a series of House bills such as we hear are being cooked up this week, the GOP will cease to exist. It will not survive through the 2016 elections. The people will shun the over-tanned, glad-handing, backslapping quislings and look elsewhere for leaders who actually have the spine for the fight. Make no mistake - to me and many, many others, amnesty is the GOP's Rubicon. Cross it at your electoral peril.

How many people would be supporting amnesty if they knew the ACTUAL numbers of illegals who have swarmed into this country?

Combined with an open border, a continuous acceptance of illegal babies being called citizens under the 14th Amendment by using a wrong interpretation of such Amendment, and a deliberate effort by countries south of our border to send us the worst criminals they have, I firmly believe that the number of illegals here is much closer to 50 million.

In the 70’s, in So Calif, the common acceptance of illegals then was 20 million. No politicians challenged that number. Most were thought to be in Calif, Ariz, N Mex, and Texas. They have gotten bolder since those years & have moved into northern, colder climates in the USA.

When you take their higher birth rate & statistics that show that 99% of the babies born in County General hospitals in those states were born to illegal mothers, and those ‘babies’ born in the 70’s & 80’s are now producing babies of their own, you can see a 50 million number.

When Obama campaigned for the White House in 2006-7-8, he used the number of 20 million.

Now—5 years later, he calls such number 11 million.

Where did those 9 million missing illegals go? Even using HIS numbers, it doesn’t add up. They didn’t go back. There hasn’t been a massive die off of illegals. They didn’t contract a disease of any kind that only applied to them. They haven’t stopped procreating, either. That shrinkage doesn’t make sense.

The statement about ‘employers want these workers’ isn’t sensible, either.

What employer would want to hire someone who cannot speak English, cannot read or write such at a level needed for the job, and doesn’t have the work ethic America has?

IF all these fine specimens of worker are so valuable, their own countries would NOT want them to leave for any reason, and they would be already far more successful in their own country, where they are not facing the daunting effects of not even being conversant in the language.

Watch your auto insurance go up and up with more people ‘driving’ who cannot read the street & highway signs.

The employers don’t want another class of uneducated & unskilled workers. The Liberals & Democrats want a new batch of people they think they can push into voting for more Democrats.

Telling us that they can come here legally, but NOT vote won’t wash, either.

We are being incrementally invaded & the fools in the White House & media think this is just a wonderful idea.

We already have a staggering number of American UNEMPLOYED & UNDEREMPLOYED people. Open the doors further to illegals, and then you are paying out government benefits to another large number of people.

Let them build up their own country. We don’t need millions of unskilled people giving those who do work here another level of burden.
