I figured.

Dr. “Herenky” is the best - he operated on my wife’s back twice many years ago. Very curt and to the point. I made him smile after the second surgery though (same disc blew out again)- asked him if he wrapped some duct tape around it to keep it from rupturing again. He just smiled a little and said “I don’t do duct tape”.
