Yep, he was definitely a lefty, albeit one who promoted liberal causes under the radar:
I’m sorry to say that I have little sympathy. He brought this completely on himself and selfishly left behind three young kids.
I’ll say this for Philip Seymour Hoffman though: at least he was a genuinely talented actor and focused more on his acting career than his liberal beliefs in public. A few months ago, the media was going nuts because Paul Walker died, and his “acting” career had consisted almost entirely of street racing action films. While it was an ironic death that died from a car crash, his career wasn’t in the same league of a real actor like Hoffman.
“...Im sorry to say that I have little sympathy. ...”
I’m not sorry to say it, good brother.
I understand what you’re saying, but I won’t be polite to people who advocate the use of coercive force to strip me of my rights, and who actively contribute their money and time to said cause.
Whether he was “quietly” supporting liberal cause or out in the street screaming about it, it all comes down to the same thing. He’s helping people I consider the enemy of all that I hold dear.
One less clown that’s supporting the erasure of my culture with their Hollywood pulpit, money, and celeb status.
If that’s harsh, well... it’s a cold world, and made colder by folks on the left who don’t understand “Live and Let Live”.
