honestly, I don’t think it’s that at all. o’reilly has his millions and quite a bit of fame and influence. he would like to enjoy his cushy life and becoming a so called extremist would just cause him pain. i’m sure that most here are aware that Michael savage is not even allowed in great Britain , for cripes sakes, just for giving an opinion on the radio.
o’reilly is best buds with jon stewart, goes on the view, etc. that’s because he takes the soft ball opposition view.

Did anyone expect O-Reilly to hammer him? O Reilly still thinks his first interview with him was hard hitting and we all know that was also a joke, just as this interview was. Obama tolerates O Reilly but hates Fox.

O'Reilly is a whore for a good "get." He spent a couple years slobbering after Hillary, but never closed to deal afaik. He would gladly have sold off his firstborn child in exchange for a Hillary exclusive. When he learned that he had landed Obama he must have orgasmed. So yeah, no doubt he played the game with the Obama functionaries.

The sad fact is, O'Reilly is not a very good interviewer.
