The Agency Agreement we have with our senators and congresscritters is the Constitution and their oath to "preserve, protect and defend" it. The other part of their Agency Agreement is connected to the statements and promises they made to win election.
Failure to honor that Agency Agreement is grounds for electoral defeat.
