The language of the petitions is intended to limit this Amendments Convention to amendments changing the balance of power between federal and state governments.

Will certain states send conservative delegates with that end in mind? Yes.

Will other states send progressive delegates who will try to sabotage every effort to limit federal power? Yes.

An Amendments Convention will be a snapshot of America at that time and place. Every point of view will be there. That's how it should be.
