Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia warned the University of Hawaii law school the Supreme Court will eventually authorize wartime abuse of civil rights like internment camps. I am sure they will. I think most of us have expected this. I don't think they can do this, without a major gun grab first. Since I think many will resist, it could get bloody.
