They get to come to most advanced civilization the world has ever known, and they had nothing to do with it.
They just got on a jet and showed up.
Better yet, they have more rights then the descendants of the nations founders, simply because they are foreign.
Talk about undeserved riches.
The other day I had to sit through an explanation of why Chinese Communism wasn’t so bad, and how it probably wouldn’t last.
Tell it to the 60 million dead who tried to resist.
So we are letting in the children of the Maoist True Believers. The mobs who committed the Atrocity known as The Great Leap Forward, and the Cultural Revolution. They’re the ones who survived: their children benefitted from their murderous hate. They get to come to America....and be celebrated as some sort of Noble class.
This is the legacy of the Kennedy’s in 1965, Paul Ehrlich and the Population Bomb in 1969, and the ghastly final act of the Warren Court in 1973: Roe v. Wade.
You and I lived it all. I see nothing to celebrate in its outcome. It’s a triumph of the Left, the only successful war ever conducted against the Americans.
I had a Chinese women tell me how all the Chinese that come to America are seen as the losers and those unable to make it in China right now. Most of the young and well to do in China are doing very well but if you get out of step career wise and miss your chance there or don’t have the right connections then the USA is seen as the consolation life direction. This person was a very hard working and intelligent women who was definitely left wing. After spending some time with them and educating her on politics and history she might be no longer on the left. She was very unhappy with the future prognosis of America and kinda in denial.
