“Where do my solids go? Where do my liquids go?”
This young lady sounds like a perfect fit for the Obama administration or an Ambassador.
From what I’ve seen, I think it is something far more basic— like showing up for work when scheduled and working until the job is done.
I wanted vendom.com but lost an expensive argument with Cartier
I still have a few vendome****.com sites and nuttin they can do about it.

I'm certainly not defending the millennials, but why should they take their jobs seriously when companies don't take their employees seriously.
I love it. Five years ago I was pessimistic towards whether I could continue working in my chosen profession well into my 60’s and the future looks brighter now that I know what the alternative is for employers.
Shocking result of years of being told you are entitled to anything you want, and Mommy and or Daddy will hover nearby every failure to ensure you it was not your fault. /S
The real fault lies with the millenial’s parents. Where were they when these worthless punks grew up?
Their lack of insights into the job interview process is just amazing to me.
I didn’t have to take a course to know that one showed up on time for the interview , was professionally dressed (for me, as a man, that was a suit and tie), and displayed exceptionally good manners. If cell phones existed back then, I would have never thought about bringing one with me to the interviews.
It strikes me as more than just a case of bad manners. They just don’t display good common sense.
Over the years I have interviewed thousands of job applicants...I can’t imagine someone bringing their pet to the interview....
I do know I would not waste my time or theirs if they did...
“Please reschedule without fifi....”
Where I work, there are a lot of millennialists. Not a day passes when at least one of the toilets in the men’s room is not flushed after being dumped in.
And, even though there are urinals, a lot of these kids use the toilets to urinate, and some don’t even bother to lift the seat.
Disgusting.
The company refuses to issue any employee instructions about it.

So, While California is swamped with illegals, falling into bankruptcy, and is politically unsalvageable, the spawn of the faiulure producers are pretty much dysfunctional.
As goes California, so goes the nation?
It it really needed?

Regarding the inability to write a complete, coherent sentence I can agree. The thing is, I’m a late-30’s guy who works with some people in their 50’s and I see it in them. Their emails look like text messages. Honest to God, complete inability to literally convey a message and make themselves understood. Grammar is a rumor to them. Otherwise normal and reasonably intelligent Americans but when I get an email from them, usually 6-10 words in total, I know that I need to make the walk down to them to actually understand the issue because I generally can’t understand what it is from their communication.
My point is that it’s not just the “young” in this country who have been affected by pop culture. Texting is one of the worst things that has ever happened to those who depend or rely upon written language to communicate.
An important issue missing is DRUG USE.
At Honda, a group of about 24 applicants had completed the initial application/interview process. The final step was the drug test. The HS administrator said, ‘If you cannot pass a drug screening, you should leave now.’
Only TWO were left.
We taught them the Bible, we taught them manners, how to enunciate your words, made them answer the phone when they were little, "Woodward residence, this is John". Gave them chores starting at 2, then moved them to a farm when the oldest was 13 and "finished them out" in a small rural town with a great farm work ethic, involved in 4H, FFA and sports.
No big deal, you just can't be a lazy parent, that's all it takes and parenting never stops!
