Paul Ryan's baby. And we had such high hopes for him.

So far, his recent resume reads:

  1. Lost a debate to Joe Biden.
  2. Snookered into a one-sided "compromise" by Patricia Bin Murray, the dumbest member of the U.S. Senate.
  3. Helped author a one-sided amnesty bill which was so bad that even the Weeper of the House put it on the back burner.

Maybe it's starting to get through that we're sick of this:

Well, until we're past the next election, anyway.

Another Boehner treasonous moment: The Dems will have to bear passing the bill.

Why is this guy a leader of a party who does not follow him?

With the President delaying, again, parts of Obamacare, House Republican Leader Eric Cantor and Speaker John Boehner have declared they will not raise the debt ceiling unless the President does two things: (1) delay Obamacare by a year and (2) approve the Keystone XL Pipeline. They caved 31 minutes. I guess they are in the running for second place as the worlds greatest liars since mac daddy will forever hold the position of first place.

This article gives the back story –

U.S. To Suspend Pension, Retirement Funding: Lew!!! The Next 24 Hours May Be Critical For The Debt Ceiling!!!

http://investmentwatchblog.com/u-s-to-suspend-pension-retirement-funding-lew-the-next-24-hours-may-be-critical-for-the-debt-ceiling/

Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew told Congressional leaders Monday that he is taking two extraordinary measures to avoid hitting the debt limit. In a letter, Lew said he will suspend debt issuance for the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund and not invest fully in the Government Securities Investment Fund of the Federal Employees’ Retirment System. Lew said that the actions were taken “during previous debt-limit impasses,” and that both funds “will be made whole once the debt limit is increased.” Federal retirees and employees will be unaffected by these actions, he said.
