"Buy another election"? He has proven he doesn't need any Congress. He has proven he doesn't need any Constitution. Why would he need another election?

I have my $10 down with a witnessed wager...the other side was most generous and he is putting up $10,000. Yes 1000 to 1. The wager is: There either will be no Presidential election in 2016 or the 2016 election will be postponed by the President of the USA owing to emergency circumstances.

The good news is that I may well win. The bad news is that I may well win.
