What? If you go to the grocery store and put a bunch of stuff in your cart and suddenly realize that you don’t have enough money, should the cashier be fired. I can’t believe the so called conservatives on here. Oh mean school expecting payment for food.

The school lunch lady over reacted.
They had a fund capable of covering the few bucks the lunch cost.

Lunch for a kid in school is hardly the same as grocery shopping.
