Its amazing that Obama hasn’t pushed his power grab further than he has. Not suggesting that he’s acting in a restrained way, which of course he’s not, but there’s a lot of lattitude for him to be even more agressive.
Nobody seems willing to stand up and check his wanton exercise of power. Its an invitation to more executive abuse and an expansion of authoritarian rule.

Another possible path, and the most likely one IMO, is the onset of an economic calamity. Events like that have a way or re-orienting people’s views and priorities. Its a very painful path but maybe a necessary one in the long run.

But they have concluded that POTUS year voting turnout will always favor them and will keep the GOP out of the POTUS office.
This is not just a random event and did not happen by accident on the political landscape. The RATS and their clown were allowed to create this cultural environment by the Gelding Old Party. This should have been nipped in the bud, as they say. Today in 2014 the horses have all fled the barn. GWB set the stage for this RAT takeover by never standing up to the bashing he took from the libtard community, plus he never found his VETO PEN until too late in the cycle.
IT WAY PAST TIME FOR THE CONSERVATIVES TO SEIZE CONTROL OF THE GOP. I RECOGNIZE THAT TAKES A BOAT LOAD OF MONEY.

"Constitution would be weakened to the point of collapse."
That has already happened. It simply doesn't yet realize it's already dead.

Yeah, when that happens, the fedgov just simply won’t have the resources available to “put down” those who ignore/oppose their edicts.

I was thinking the same thing.
More efficient, and permanent, than impeachment.
A solution that should be implemented for the entire political class in the District of Criminals.

I can and do fully support that.
Have you contacted your State Reps to encourage them to sign on?
You may need to do so several times.

Congress is violating their oath to the Constitution by not impeaching.

RE :”
Because the nutless wonders in the GOPe need to be publicly shamed and shamed again. Maybe some will wake up.” Given that the judge said that the American people don't want impeachment its not much of a shaming.
No, they wont impeach him.

If everybody disobeyed his orders he would no longer matter. If everybody disobeyed his orders they would be obeying the law because his orders are lawless. It's very confusing.
Cordially,

RE :”

By 2006 or 2007 most Americans had tuned him out.
Given his weak hand he worked with Dems to get stuff he really wanted done. In his second term each year was worse than the last.
Pelosi's #1 mission then was to win the 2008 election and she didn't let her progressive members get in the way of that.

Then hes unstoppable. Because impeachment is a fantasy. Nonsense. The only reason such a statement is even marginally convincing is because there are so many people who throw up their hands and say "impeachment is a fantasy" because they fear the political cost, or because it requires too much perseverance.
By any reasonable standard, 0bama should be impeached, but if he isn't, maybe the People will just have to settle for total Republican control of both Houses of the Federal Legislature.

Not that he shouldn’t be impeached, convicted and removed, but that only puts the image of Biden in my head:

Gotta get a new keyboard. It seems to be dropping letters more and more frequently, such as in the case of “... have [a] can...”
