As New Jersey dug out Friday from the Noreaster and braced for more snowflakes on Saturday, Gov. Chris Christie jetted off to Puerto Rico for some sun and fun, CNN reported on Friday.
After the storm had passed, the governor left the state [Friday] morning for a long weekend away with his family, and he will return Monday night, Christie spokesman Colin Reed told the network.
Puerto Rico Ping! Please Freepmail me if you want on or off the list.
Yes, yes, we know. NJ Senator Menendez goes to the Dominican Republic and cavorts with underage prostitutes. Not a peep out of CNN. But Christie goes to Puerto Rico? The guy who polls as one of the few people who could beat Hitlery? CNN wants you to know!
I say Hitlery and her minions are behind this negative fascination with all things Christie.
I know, we’re not supposed to like Christie on FR. But... there will always be someone who’s polling even or higher then the Hildebeast. Just watch how he or she gets pounced on.
Meanwhile Carl Rove is advising us that negative campaigning doesn’t work. Esp. against Hillary.
So what? He is just trying to look as presidential as Obama.
They must only be polling Democrats, because I know of no conservatives that would vote for Christie.
Excellent point.
Yep, according to Vichy Rove personal attacks and piling on don’t work. I just can’t figure out why the NJ media, NJ democrat party and the NY Daily News don’t get that. Oh, wait, they are the political Germany, they march through their opponents by any means necessary. Rove is the political France flying the white flag of pre-surrender.
“They must only be polling Democrats, because I know of no conservatives that would vote for Christie.”
Here in NJ he’s the only game in town for conservatives; he happens to have the same enemies...
