I love the message conveyed by your picture, but I have a little contention with the yellow one.
Given the recent liberal dialog on the lack of jobs in the current economy, and the latest spin on the ACA, I think the bottom sign should read: “Keine Arbeit Macht Frei”. (Please excuse my high school German from 40 years ago. Feel free to correct my grammar.)

reminds me of the “new New York” commercials.
New York is trying to scam businesses to move to New York under the no taxes for ten years. Then the unions grab you and force the company to stay in New York.
New York and California are toxic states.
