Baltimore is run by Democrats. Maryland is run by Democrats. Democrats are the party of the people, the party of compassion for the downtrodden and all that. So, how is it that you have all these homeless in a liberal Democrat paradise such as Baltmore????????
My daughter spent 3 months doing home health in inner city Baltimore. It sounded like she had some very nice older patients in sketchy neighborhoods. Strange that so many run down abodes had BMWs Mercedes etc. in driveways. She was never threatened but never felt secure (no carry laws there). But she saw some bad situations. Never so happy as when she left.
The Democrat party is a criminal enterprise.
