Because he’s one of those, ‘we can do it better’, arrogant variety bourgeois Socialists. Yeah, he doesn’t know what it really means, just that it’s ‘cool’.

There is a conflict when comparing socialism to capitalism. One is trying to compare a political system to an economic system. That is an ‘apple-and-oranges’ argument. There are many rich socialists.....Soros, et al, and they apparently have no problem existing in a capitalist system.
There is a direct comparison only when trying to compare a socialist political system to a Republican Democracy. That is where the socialists always lose the argument.
He seems to be confused about what he likes and dislikes but underneath it all he seems to be a totalitarian statist. ;-)
