Were it up to me I'd just make it legal to shoot fast lane malingerers. By this measure, the law in question is then conservative whereas my proposal would be the more liberal of the two.

no more laws, no more government . we have too much already of that. get gov out of roads, schools, economy etc. .private roads can set their own rules , and then you can choose which to take. the rest of my post:
