To: Brad from Tennessee

When I moved to CA back in the 80’s people told me about the “Storms”.
They said most of the country calls it “Rain”.
Lived there 15 years and never saw a “Storm”.

True.
There are no real “storms” here.
The building construction standards - particularly housing - across the state are pathetic.
Any respectable typhoon or hurricane, should we get one, would render half the state homeless.
