First of all, there were too many ‘challengers’. Second, lots of democrats voted for Cornyn.

This is the race that really motivated me to do my due diligence and then go out and vote. I was surprised at how easily Cornyn won, especially with all of the negative ads and mailbox stuffers. I wonder how much of this was dems voting for Cornyn?
