In other words, even after Putin leaked the Neuland coversation indicating the US direct involvement in the Ukraine coup, the US intelligence (oxymoron) predicited that Putin would take no action 2 days before Putin flew 150 flights into Crimera airbases.
Mike Rodgers says Putin is playing chess while Obama is fondling his marbles. So what would happen when Putin demands Rubles or gold for his energy.
