My vote: the dude....he is 23 years old knowing he was bonking a 15 year old....after knowing the daughter for 5 months....he had to know she was underage....
Having raised two daughters...at that age they do lots of stupid things....
The dude should have known better....
He will probably have to register as a level 4 sexual predator...
