The implication is that they're paying them more than they're worth, out of the goodness of their hearts.

And deeper, that "good" business owners do this, while "bad" business owners only care about profit.

I expect a Maximum Annual Profit Act to come out of the Senate any time now.

Won’t happen because they want to us at highest possible tax rate possible. Those vacation trips, golf clubs, and golf games are expensive....
