Yes I can admit that, can you show me where Paul said he would forgive identity thief?

Do you not understand that giving permanent residency to 12 million future "taxpayers" who are now illegal aliens would necessarily have to include a provision that they will not be prosecuted for using other people's social security numbers, using fake residency cards or working for cash and not reporting said income to the IRS?

Every single working illegal alien has committed one of those crimes.

Therefore the only way that Rand Paul can favor some kind of legalization path for these people is to grant them amnesty for their crimes.

Otherwise, he would have to be in favor of deporting every single one of them.

I think he has made it perfectly clear that he wants them to stay.

Therefore, he is in favor of AMNESTY!

Got it?

If working for cash makes you a criminal then there are a lot of criminals in the usa. SECURE THE BORDERS, CUT OFF BENEFITS then after a few years have a look at the illegals still here.

Giving the federal government money for a fake SS account might be a crime, I seriously doubt it is a felony to give the feds money. But maybe it is, I do not know but I'd bet dollars to donuts the feds will not prosecute you for giving them money.

In fact one reason no one in fed gov really wants to try to solve our illegal immigration problem is because of all the $$$ the feds rake in from illegals. Now the states and county govs pay out far more then they take in via benefits so the states and counties are far more active on this issue. Texas is about to elect Dan Patrick as Lt Gov solely on this issue. WE ARE ON THE SAME SIDE and I will be voting for Dan Patrick in the run off in Texas.
