The part that pisses me off, is why are they allowed to LIE in their commercials? For the first time, you are allowed to compare insurance and purchase insurance and you don't need a job.
They act like people have never been able to sign up for insurance unless you had a job; hell you would think it was illegal to even TALK to an insurance company before.
When I laid off in 2002, I started my own business. At that time, I had four kids at home, so I went out and purchased health insurance for my wife and kids - since I knew they were going to need it. It took a little work to contact three different companies, compare prices, deductibles, etc..., but I got it done and signed up.
These commercials act like no one was ever able to purchase or compare insurance packages until Barrack The Won Obama MADE IT SO! These commercials are just full of complete BS!
