We’re never going to win PG county, but any inroads we make there will help out in statewide races.
I.e. losing 70-30 vs. 80-20 doesn’t look like much, especially when the local races are over in the primaries, but that 20% (+10/-10) swing can make a huge difference for Governor and Senate races.
