What difference does it make if he is the Majority leader. The first thing the SOB will do is caucus with the Democrats, allow them to run rough shot over the Senate.
He is more interested in Power versus Representing American Citizens.

Like Bonehead in the House. He's violated the Hastert rule so much by rounding up Rat votes for bills the rule no longer exists. Something like five times?
(For those who don't know, the "Hastert rule" was the Speaker would not allow a vote on a bill if it didn't have a majority of Republican support. Bonehead has moved bills with as few as 28 Republican votes, and they passed with 100% Rat support.)
