There is no contract. Contract can not contain provisions that are against the law. Since it is law that a Defendant must be provided ALL discovery, one can’t hide the Discovery behind a Crimestoppers Logo.
I have seen the Crimestoppers logs in many cases. They are redacted to ID #s. However, when something is suspicious the Court can look into the item requested.
Crimestoppers is usually funded by the Gvo’t and/or is part of a Gov’t Agency itself. They can’t hide the information. Just because you want it to be so, doesn’t make it that way.

These people are paid employees. Each Department lends one Officer to the program. It is funded by the Attorney General’s Office in the State of Florida. It is just like I thought. They collect and distribute money. They apparently got caught making up some info and paying off a strawman. It happens everywhere and Miami is as crooked as it gets.

If that's the case, and it sounds like it may be here, none of the informants information can be used, and the charges should be withdrawn or the case thrown out by the judge.

As the reporting on this reads, there is a contract with the informant. That's why the paer was swallowed. Just because you don't want it to be a contract doesn't make it so.
