A Texas Grand Jury would no bill this dad in a heart beat and bill charges against the kids and maybe their parents.

Texas Grand Jury would no bill this ..........

If they pulled up ON his property without permission and put stuff on his house in the middle of the night in Texas, the baseball bat would be about the 3rd or 4th worst thing that would have been used against those punks. Pistol, rifle, shotgun and/or maybe even a bow....

It’s Canada, folks...they never had their revolution, so they gave their rights away along with mother Britain a long time ago.

Here’s what he did wrong:

He didn’t report EVERY incident .. he never gave authorities any information regarding who was harassing his family. Names (no names; then descriptions;), number of people, license plates, etc.

Inform neighbors .. gather several at your home and hopefully they will band together and also call the police.

This is so key. Of course, people tend to not report it .. “because nobody will do anything anyway”. when police start getting dozens or hundreds of calls about the same incident .. they do tend to take notice sooner.

But, as this incident clearly shows .. the person who ended up doing something is now on the other side. And .. if the people who are doing the harassing find out the father is gone, it will turn into more than just harassment.

I know it’s a pain to always call the police and then have them ignore the issue. However, EVERY TIME .. means just that .. EVERY TIME.

I would bet that this man would have loved to have the law that Texas provides for people vandalizing your house in the nighttime.

The cops did not do their job so their opinion is worthless. The police should have set up the stakeout, not the victim and so notified him of their intentions. What did the cops do? NADA!

The cops view: ...but don’t do anything. Call us, we will handle it BS. These days most cops sit in speed traps and are nothing but municipal, county and state “revenue raisers.” They will tell you they are protecting you, your safety etc. BS!

Can he sue the police in Canada?

The response by the police shows their ineptitude. No acknowledgement they failed to protect this family at all.

Put it to a jury trial.

When seconds count, the crime historians are only minutes or hours away.
