I take it nobody is buying the sat photo of the plane 20’ deep in the Malacca Straight and the debris field just West of it?

I think the photo is legitimate.

I dunno. No further updates that I have seen.

The oil rig workers story was interesting as well.

No follow up there either.

Cover up of major proportions is what I think.

Satellite ping says the plane is very far from both the Straits and from the Bay of Bengal. And it came when there only was about 20 minutes fuel left, or so we're told. So why are we searching the Bay? Is this just an excuse for Obama to expend our sonar bouy supply?

Search the two arcs, or in the southern case, where drift would have carried debris from that arc. If you don't think the perps were nutty enough to suicide, focus on the northern arc. Between the perps' skill and the local's incompetence I wouldn't consider undetected passage north impossible and that is the only way which could endanger us. Unless it is possible to DB Cooper from a auto-piloted 777 no one is coming back from the southern arc.
