I wish the GOP was this clever. Only Ted Cruz seems to be this good, the rest just go along with the left’s deliberate ignoring of the law. Obama has finally met someone who will push back.

From the legal strategy: Yanukovych promised to file legal challenges in US courts against the Obama administration (!). He went to great pains to remind the US government of its own laws which prohibit the provision of aid to a foreign government that has come to power illegally.
If Obama aids Ukraine after the Maidan government is declared illegitimate, it is a serious violation of US law, and an impeachable offense.
Yanukovych does not have to appear personally in US court to sue, so banning his entry is fruitless.
