According to bill O’reilly tonight “it’s over, Obamacare is done”. This, on account of the “hardship provision” which means anyone who wants to say “it’s too hard” to get Obamacare isn’t going to be penalized.
Maybe valid, maybe not, but the truth is, the more Democrats run from it, the more extensions are given, the weaker the law becomes. They have another set of choices:
Enforce Obamacare or allow it to fall into disarray, unenforceable and ignored.
Allowing it to “fall into disarray” alas, doesn’t restore the market, only ramps up the calls for Single Payer which Boehner and McConnell and McCain et al will propose as a Republican Alternative.
