I thought Congress was suppose to determine who gets it...hence the name Congressional Medal of Honor....
Every one of these MOH receipients had already been been awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for there actions on the battlefield. No discrimination whatsover in them not being being awarded a MOH. Where are the white soldiers that were awarded the distinquished service cross instead of the Medal of Honor? I had a good friend who was a pararescueman in Vietnam. Awarded the Air Force Cross for saving a downed pilot, those familiar with operation always said he deserved the MOH. Well I guess if my buddy was alive today the Dear Leader would have upgraded his Air Force Cross to the MOH. On second thought, not a chance, he was the white, the wrong color.
