Looks like Ukranian Gov. and Crimea have indeed worked things out....

Those at the base did not want to leave without securing their rifles so that citizens wouldn’t have access to them...apparently with Black Sea Admiral, arranged their departure.

Meanwhile:

Vice Prime Minister Vitaly Yarema and Defense Minister Igor Tenyukh immediately left for Crimea to prevent conflict and arrange transition to the military stage of departures....they will be joined later with other Ukraine officials, who are forming a working committee, to prevent further conflicts in Crimea.

The problem developed as yesterday, the Ministry of Defence had allowed the Ukrainian military to use weapons in the Crimea.

They don’t need Nato...let them work it out.

"In Kiev, the Ukrainian prime minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who on Tuesday announced that the conflict with Russia had moved to a "military phase", said he was dispatching his deputy, Vitaly Yarema, and the acting defence minister, Ihor Tenyukh, to Crimea to "resolve the situation"."

However, Crimean authorities said the mission would not be allowed into the territory. "Nobody wants them in Crimea. Nobody will let them in, they will be sent back," said the Crimea's leader, Sergei Aksyonov.
