Why would you think that ?
False papers are done all the time for aircraft.
One it goes into a country not friendly to inspectors, but that receives other 777s from other countries, anything is possible, especially if that country's government is vouching for the aircraft.
Do you think that the ACARS system can't be removed?
And transponders codes are changed all the time, to verify identity, on a new route clearance.
Civilian aircraft, unlike military aircraft usually only have "Mode C" transponders, and aren't equipped with military transponders.

It's not something that I believe has happened.
Is it possible ?
Yes, and an airline pilot today on talk radio (I believe the Hannity Radio Show) explained a theory on "HOW" it's possible.
But I don't believe it's probable.
I believe that Gen. McInerney is accurate, and his extended discussion on Hannity's Radio Show today, makes me more confident that MH370 landed in Pakistan.
Gen. McInerney announced, and Hannity confirmed, that he'll be appearing again tonight on the FoxNews Hannity show.
I'll be watching and listening.

Someone smart enough to pull this off, has to have many years familiarity with that airspace and its weaknesses, those air traffic control frequencies from the different controlling sectors, and familiarity with a Boeing 777.
That person has to be Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah, the pilot of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370.
And he knew how to get the "gear down' and navigate the plane to a safe landing.

After all that has been claimed and disclaimed over the past two weeks, nothing else has any credibility than hypoxia. The Malaysian government has not spoken one word of truth in this entire episode, and it is their word that is scattering the search to the four winds. The story of transponder being turned off is probably not even true. I hope the wreckage is found and black box recovered, but I doubt it will be on dry land
