Quite impossible. There are ridiculous misconceptions by the general public about what black holes really are and how they behave. It was the same when people began wondering if the LHC could create a micro black hole. It’s just not possible for a number of reasons.
the proximty ...of any known black holes to earth would have to be reason number one....and THE ONE that Id think most adults would know.
