Many years ago there was a tagger that used the moniker “Chaka”. After spraying his tags all over the county he was eventually caught, arrested and tried. While riding the elevator in the courthouse he had the nerve to tag his “Chaka” on the elevator wall and got busted for that, too.
I remember Chaka.
To this day I still think about him when driving past one spot on the 5 where he had put his Chaka on a little silo or water tank.
So is “Chaka” in the can now? ;)
