The President has embraced the term, but Nancy Pelosi is still a bit annoyed by that people keep referring to The Affordable Care Act as "Obamacare." The Democratic Congresswoman chided a reporter who asked her if the new law will be a "winner or loser" for Democrats facing re-election in 2014.
"I believe it's a winner, and by the way, it's called, 'The Affordable Care Act,' it's called, 'The Affordable Care Act.' I know you didn't intend any compliment, or derogatory...it's called, 'The Affordable Care Act,'" she replied.
Pelosi joked that she'd gladly tell President Obama the same thing before criticizing Republicans in the House for repeatedly attempting to repeal the law.
The Congresswoman said its opponents repeatedly try to get away from the word "affordable."
Okay then Nanc. Have it your way - from now on it’s DemocratCare seeing as how Democrats passed it with not one Republican vote.
Oh it is Obamacare.

Imagine the whole country suddenly calling it that. The POTUS’ hair-greying would slow down a notch, but the problems associated with his lies with respect to the mess of a law won’t go away.

I humbly propose “ReidCare.” If we can wrap ACA around the neck of every Dem Senate candidate, and thereby defeat enough of them to drive Reid from Majority Leader status, it will be good for the country. Pelosi has, please God, no shot at the Speaker’s chair in 2015, and Obama isn’t on the ballot.

OK Nancy, so it is not Obamacare, it is Obamascare. Sounds better to me already.
