Did he pay the $95 or the 1% of his income? Without knowing his income, 1% could be a rather sizeable amount.

It is such an awesome law that they had to make the implementation 4 years after signed, so that it would not disrupt elections. Now they are still putting off its implementation because it is sooooo awesome, we can't let it get in the way of the 2014 elections or the 2016 elections.

Has anybody asked Pelosi, Reid or BO why they keep putting off its implementation if it is so awesome?
