If you can’t do 30, you shouldn’t be in.
I think the issue is that the average woman off the street probably can’t do it.
There are women who could flat out do it, but...when you are talking of large numbers, averages come into play.
It is one of the reasons the average guy can open a stuck jar lid, and the average woman cannot...:)
